ripped jeggings 02.jpg

Delighted to get to my hometown of Lowestoft with Poem for Suffolk and at Woods Loke Primary we were trying to write short portraits of the people we come across in our daily lives. Hayden surprised and delighted with this cool poem about a local goth and simply nailed the character precisely, down to his laces and jeggings. Yeah, I know what jeggings are. I'm from Lowestoft too.

THE LOWESTOFT GOTH I see a goth person he isn't old at all he wears diamante, ripped jeggings but doesn't go to school. He has a claret bandana tied against his waist he has luminescent laces a slight whiff of toothpaste. Sometimes we speak Sometimes we won't I would advise you greatly speak to him - don't.

Hayden, Woods Loke Primary School
